Greengates opened in Birmingham in 2004, and we've been letting and selling homes across the city ever since. These days our main focus is managed lettings. That means finding the tenant, collecting the rent and getting repairs done, as well as keeping the paperwork and the legal side right as the rules change. We look after more than £40 million of property now. Most of our landlords came to us through a recommendation, or because a tenancy had gone wrong and needed putting right properly.

We're an independent Birmingham agency, with no franchise or call centre behind us.
